Resources for Peace Featured Group
With each update of the Resources for Peace page, we will now feature a group which has made significant contributions to the search for peace during the 20th century. For each featured group, we will provide a brief profile, 1-2 relevant graphics if available, information about a specific activity of that group when available, and a link to the group's Web site. The Current Featured Group
The Save Darfur Coalition's mission is to raise public awareness about the ongoing genocide in Darfur and to mobilize a unified response to the atrocities that threaten the lives of two million people in the Darfur region.
It is an alliance of over 170 faith-based, advocacy and humanitarian organizations. The Coalition’s member organizations represent 130 million people of all ages, races, religions and political affiliations united together to help the people of Darfur.
